Nrf2 may be a key driver for EnSCs to inhibit ferroptosis and repair damage. A Combinatorial analysis of the related genes about POF, cisplatin, ferroptosis and EnSCs uncovered 20 common genes, among which was Nrf2. B-C Nrf2 protein expression levels were detected by Western blotting. D Nrf2 mRNA expression levels were detected by qRT-PCR. E Nrf2 protein expression levels in ovarian tissue were detected by immunohistochemistry. Scale bars in the IHC staining represent 100 μm.
