Ferroptosis occurred in cisplatin-injured KGN cells. A-E The expression levels of ferroptosis‑related proteins with different concentrations of cisplatin were measured by Western blotting. F-I Relative expressions of lipid ROS (F), GPx (G), GSSG (H) and lipid peroxidation MDA (I) were assessed in KGN cells treated with gradient concentrations of cisplatin for 24 h. Data were expressed as mean ± SEM from no less than three independent experiments ( *P < 0.05, **P < 0.01, ***P < 0.001, ****P < 0.0001, and ns indicates no statistical significance)
