  1. Values are the mean ± SD (n = 6 per group). The means of multiple samples of mouse body weight and insulin (INS) data were compared using one-way ANOVA, and two-group comparisons were made using the LSD method. Mouse fasting blood glucose (FBG) and the homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance (HOMA-IR) were compared using the Welch test for mean comparisons between samples of multiple groups and Tamhane’s T2 method for two-group comparisons.
