Effects of proteasome inhibitors on the cellular amount of CypD protein in mouse spermatozoa. A Representative western blot images of the effect of proteasome inhibitor MG115 on the amount of CypD protein. Proteasome inhibitor MG115 in TCM increased the amount of CypD protein in spermatozoa. No change is cellular amount of ATP5A, mitochondria marker was observed regardless of proteasome inhibitor treatment. At least three independent experiments were subjected to western blot analysis.
