Interaction of GSK3α and CypD proteins in mouse spermatozoa. In co-immunoprecipitation of CypD in cauda epididymal spermatozoa, GSK3α interacts with CypD in mitochondria. In co-IP using normal IgG instead of CypD antibody, no signal was detected. Total sperm lysates were loaded in the input lane before co-IP to confirm the expression of CypD and GSK3α in spermatozoa
