CypD but not ATP5A levels were markedly decreased under capacitation condition. At least three independent experiments were subjected to western blot analysis. B Representative images of immunolocalization of CypD and ATP5A in cauda epididymal spermatozoa. Immunoreactivity of CypD was found in the midpiece and was decreased after incubation in TCM for 1 h. Rabbit and mouse IgG were used as a negative control of ATP5A and CypD antibodies, respectively.
