Investigation of the proliferation (A) and apoptosis (B) of human isolated ESCs after treating with different concentrations of Imatinib (0 μM, 4 μM, 8 μM, 16 μM, 24 μM, 32 μM). With the increase of drug concentration, the proliferation of ESCs was distinctly repressed (A) and the apoptotic level of ESCs was dramatically elevated (B).
