Number of miRNAs detected in at least 2/3 libraries of one of the two EV types at four raw counts thresholds, i.e., at count’s threshold of 10 each miRNA needs to be counted at least 10 times in 2/3 libraries of either HEK293 or JAr EVs(A). Numbers of miRNAs considered to be unique to HEK293 or JAr EVs after passing four raw counts thresholds in at least 2/3 libraries of one of the two EV types(B). miRNAs were considered unique if they passed the required counts criteria for one EV type but were not detected at all in any of the libraries of the other EV type
