Pregnant GDM mice were divided into three groups: Vehicle group (orally gavaged with water), AS-IV (low) group (orally gavaged with AS-IV, 15 mg/kg) and AS-IV (high) group (orally gavaged with AS-IV, 30 mg/kg), mice were treated daily and blood samples were collected from the tails using capillary tubes for examination.
