Red arrowheads point to PLZF+/Ki67- cells and yellow arrowheads mark PLZF+/Ki67+ cells. The asterisk notation above bars denotes a statistically significant increase (p ≤0.0352) in the Ki67 labeling index of PLZF+ spermatogonia as determined by Student’s t-test. Scale bars = 50 μm
