Overexpression of miR-132 enhances E2 synthesis in mGCs. a mGCs were transfected with miR-132 mimics or negative controls at the indicated concentration. The miR-132 levels were detected by qRT-PCR 48 h after transient transfection. The culture medium was collected for the measurement of progesterone (b) and E2 (c) per 105 mGCs.
