Effect of IL11 on flotillin-1 (FLOT1) in human endometrial epithelial cell (hEEC) membranes and in total cellular protein. The hEEC cell lines, ECC-1 and Ishikawa and primary hEEC cells were treated without (diluent control) or with IL11 (100 and/or 500 ng/ml) for 24 h and membrane proteins extracted as described in the Methods. Cell lysates were electrophoresed by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with FLOT1 in (A) total primary hEEC protein lysates (30 μg), (B) ECC-1 (10 μg) and (C) Ishikawa (10 μg) cells.
