Inflammatory responses of KC02-44D cells to IL-1β. KC02-44D cells were cultured with the indicated combinations of 10^-8 M E2, 10^-6 M MPA, and 0.125 mM dibutyryl cAMP in the absence or presence of IL-1β (1.0 ng/ml) for 7 days to observe their inflammatory responses.
