Immunofluorescence staining of cleaved-caspase 3 in oocytes after microinjecting of Hsp27 antibody (The other factors not shown). Oocytes were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde after microinjecting of Hsp27 antibody for 36-48 h. Then these oocytes were stained with cleaved-caspase 3 antibody (green).
