Effect of calcium phosphate nanoparticles on P450scc, P450arom and StAR mRNA expression in human granulosa cells in vitro. Granulosa cells were cultured as described in the text. RT- PCR was used to determine the expression of P450scc, P450arom and StAR mRNAs in the cultured granulosa cells after 48 h (B) and 72 h (C) with calcium phosphate nanoparticles. Experiments were repeated three times during separate times and Agarose gel electrophoresis of the PCR products.
