The integrity of the genome was assessed in the first, third and sixth serially transplanted xenograft tumors derived from endometrioid endometrial tumor sample T6 by array comparative genomic hybridization (aCGH). As shown, the genomic profiles remain virtually unchanged across the transplant process.
