Hematoxylin and eosin stained sections from a primary human endometrial tumor (T4) and its xenograft tumors propagated over several rounds of serial transplantation in NOD/SCID mice are shown. The histology of the parent endometrioid endometrial tumor is maintained by the tumors generated at each serial passage. Scale bar, 50 μm.
