Immunohistochemistry of Hsp105 during pseudopregnancy. The adult male animals were vasectomized and 14 days later were used to mate with the adult females of the same strain to induce pseudo-pregnancy (pseudo-pregnancy day 1 (PD1) = day of vaginal plug positive). Hsp150 protein was mainly detected in the luminal epithelium on day 1 (PD1). The protein staining was increased in the luminal epithelium and glandular epithelium from day 2 to 3 (PD2, PD3).
