Detection of transcription factors induced by forskolin in JAR cells. The expression of various members of transcription factor families, capable of binding to AP-2, p53, C/EBP and ETS binding sites, found in the MMP-2 promoter, was examined with western blot. JAR cells were cultured in the absence or presence of 10 μM Forskolin and total nuclear proteins extracted. Band intensities were quantified with Densitometer system endowed with TINA software and the data represents the mean ± SEM from 10 different experiments. Top panel shows representative pictures.
