A) Bars represent densitometric values of amplified CD80 mRNA products, standardized to G3PDH, as detected by semi-quantitative RT-PCR analysis. There were no significant differences (p > 0.10; n = 4). B) Bars represent CD86 cDNA concentrations, as determined by RT-qPCR analysis. There were no significant differences (p > 0.10; n = 4).
