Co-immunolocalization analysis of Hic-5 and FAK in the longitudinal smooth muscle layer of rat myometrium at d19, d23 (active labour) of gestation and post-partum (PP). Hic-5 and FAK were readily co-localized at myometrial cell membranes (yellow) while there was very limited co-localization in the cytoplasm of myometrial cells where FAK was also readily detectable.
