A, oocytes incubated in the presence of 500 μM RGD for 5 min or 60 min and processed for PKC assay. B, oocytes incubated in the presence of different concentrations of cyclic RGD peptide for 60 min. C, oocytes exposed for 60 min to 500 μM RGD peptide in the presence or in the absence of Ca2+ and Mg2+, and to 500 μM nonRGD peptide. PKC activity is expressed as mean ± SEM of ratios of density in the experimental group to that of BIM treated samples. Means with different letters are statistically different (P < 0.05).
