The figure was generated by uploading the file containing unique ChIP-seq tags in the WIG format to the UCSC genome browser. The upper blue track shows the tag density, and the AR-target beta-defensin genes are shown at the bottom. The black arrow indicates gene orientation. Sequence positions and other generic UCSC annotations were removed for clarity. One peak formed by a large amount of localized ChIP-seq tags represents an AR binding site. Defb19 was associated with two peaks, whereas Defb30 and Defb42 share one peak. Defb18, 34, 39, 41, 20, 15, 37, and 22 and Spag11a were associated with one peak respectively.
