Expression of PR, PGRMC1 and PGRMC2 mRNAs in the bovine oviduct. Messenger RNA transcripts for PR (A), PGRMC1 (B) and PGRMC2 (C) detected by conventional RT-PCR in bovine whole oviduct sections at Day 1.5, Day 4 and Day 5 post-ovulation. Experiments were repeated twice and one representative assay is shown. Arrows indicate the size of the amplified product.
