  1. 1 Controls had significantly more embryo transferred (P < 0.0001), and 2 utilized marginally more total gonadotropins (P = 0.046). 3 The implantation rate was significantly higher in PGS cycles (P = 0.008). 4 In univariate analyses pregnancy rates and miscarriage rates did not differ significantly. After appropriate adjustments, logistic regression analysis demonstrated 4.58-times the odds of clinical pregnancy after PGS than in controls (95% CI 1.102 to 19.060, Exp 4.584; P = 0.036).
