Effect of BMP2 and BMP4 supplementation on IFNT mRNA abundance in CT1 cells. Cells were supplemented with various concentrations of BMP2 (left panel) or BMP4 (right panel) for 24 h, then RNA was extracted and qRT-PCR was completed. 18 s RNA was used as the reference control.
