Testis sections on day 125 from control (A) and ICI 182,780 treated mice (B). Control testis shows normal spermatogenesis with seminiferous tubules (ST) filled with germ cells. In the treated testis, several tubules (ST) show normal spermatogenesis, but other show abnormal spermatogenesis (Ab) and two tubules are atrophic (*). The abnormal tubules show decreases in spermatids, sometimes only in portions of the epithelium. Bar = 100 μm.
