Apoptosis and cell cycles were affected by silencing of DUXAP8. A The cell apoptosis was measured by a flow cytometry. The apoptotic cells ratio with the knockdown DUXAP8-1# and DUXAP8-2# was calculated by the LR plus UR after the transfection with the si-DUXAP8 LR, early apoptotic cells and UR, terminal apoptotic cells. B A flow cytometry was used to detect the cell cycle. The results showed that different cell concentration appeared in the S and G2/M phrase with the knockdown DUXAP8-1# versus the normal transfection. The G2/M phrase showed differences between the pcDNA and pDUXAP8. Data results were expressed as mean ± SEM, *P < 0.05, **P < 0.01
