Table 3 The number of eggs produced during the 11.5 to 17.5 hrs post-induction period when eggs were fertile, the numbers of eggs from 21.5 to 23 hrs post-induction during which eggs were infertile, and the total number of eggs from both periods (means ± SE). One female expired from the treatment group receiving two primings before egg laying commenced, hence there are nine animals for this group compared to ten for the group receiving one priming.
