For each variable, asterisk(s) indicates values that are different from the control (0) value (* p < 0.05; ** p < 0.01, *** p < 0.001). Comparisons were also made between the values obtained for TGF-β1 and TGF-β2 at each dose; however, no significant differences were observed at any dose tested.
