Panels a–f: In cytokeratin-positive cell types 1 and 2, the cobble-stone like pattern is distinct (panels a and b); in cytokeratin-negative cells, the monlayer consists of spindle-like cells with prominent "vacuoles" in cell type 3 (panel c); the monlayer of polygonal opaque cells appear in cell type 4 (panel d). Type 5 cells are judged as granulosa-like cells (panel e). The five cell types differ in growth rate (panel f).
