Table 3 RT-PCR analysis of canine testis tumors. PCR products were separated on agarose gels containing ethidium bromide. The gels were photographed and scanned and then relative band intensities were measured with software from Molecular Analyzer and expressed as volume counts per mm2 ± the standard error of means.
