Each panel is annotated to indicate, from left to right, the epitope against which the antibody has been raised (e.g. L7-2), then the animal used for this epitope (e.g. R3), and finally the expression construct transiently transfected into the cells (e.g. LGR7, LGR8 or HE6). All antisera against epitopes L7-1 and L7-2 were diluted 1:4000: those against L7-3 were diluted 1:5000. Arrowheads point to positively immunostained cells.
