  1. A total of 87 patients with ZP mutations were included in the study. They showed different clinical phenotypes, including EFS, ZFO, ZTO, degenerated or immature oocytes. Three patients with ZP1 mutations, two patients with ZP2 mutations, and three patients with ZP4 mutations achieved successful clinical pregnancies.
