LDHA overexpression recovered TNBC cell malignant behaviors suppressed by miR-28-5p restoration. Rescue experiments were performed in MDA-MB-231 and BT-549 cells transfected with miR-28-5p alone or miR-28-5p + LDHA together, using miR-NC or miR-28-5p + vector as the control.
