Abundance levels of seven selected miRNAs in cases and controls. The abundance levels were analysed in three infertile categories, oligo/oligoastheno-zoospermia, normozoospermic infertile, asthenozoospermia. Data are presented as ∆Ct (lower ∆Ct = higher abundance level). Non-parametric Mann–Whitney U test was used to evaluate differences in the abundance levels. Significant differences from the normozoospermic fertile control are indicated: *p < 0.05, **p < 0.005, ***p < 0.0005.
