Monitoring of serotonin (A, B), norepinephrine (C, D), and dopamine (E, F) uptake over time showed that they were roughly linearly transported for up to 30 min, equilibrium was reached within 60 min, and uptake rates differed between both the two cellular models and differentiation states (G). Presented data are means ± SD (n ≥ 4), with indications of statistical significance obtained from mixed-effects analysis: *p ≤ 0.05, **p ≤ 0.01
