The expression of GnRH receptor (GnRHR) and c-kit receptor was detected by Immunofluorescence (A) and Western Blot (B), respectively. Furthermore, exposure of ESCs to the GnRH-ant at 2 × 10− 5 mol/L significantly decreased the expression of c-kit receptor followed by the attenuated phosphorylation of c-kit receptor (B). Each group of experiments was repeated three times. (Control group: ESCs were treated only with culture medium. GnRH-ant-control group: ESCs were treated with GnRH-ant solvent. GnRH-a-control group: ESCs were treated with GnRH-a solvent.) (n = 4 per lane)
