Follistatin supplementation improves blastocyst development and upregulates CDX2 expression in bovine SCNT embryos. Activated SCNT zygotes were cultured with or without follistatin (10 ng/ml) for 72h. Then, embryos were cultured in follistatin free media until d 7.
