miR-210-5p overexpression alleviates the effect of hsa_circ_0081343 overexpression in HTR-8 cells. HTR-8 cells were transfected with ov-circ_0081343 + miR-NC, ov-circ_0081343 + miR-210-5p, or NC + miR-NC. The overexpression of miR-210-5p and hsa_circ_0081343 in the three groups was verified by qRT-PCR.
