Repregnancy outcomes of the women with discrepant results of the GnRH-a-related spontaneous pregnancies. 62 women with the willingness to repregnancy were subdivided into three subgroups based on outcomes of the previous GnRH-a-related spontaneous pregnancy. Most (70.59%) of the women who had given birth successfully were still able to conceive naturally and give birth successfully. 16 (57.14%) women who had experienced spontaneous abortion during the unexpected pregnancy got re-pregnant, half naturally and half following IVF, resulting in 13 live births and three spontaneous abortions. 11 (64.71%) women who had suffered from ectopic pregnancy got re-pregnant following IVF, resulting in nine live births and two spontaneous abortions
