Effect of TPP1 siRNA knockdown on stromal cell decidualization and gene expression. Day 12 decidualization of HESC treated with either (a) estrogen only, (b) estrogen with MPA, or (c) estrogen with MPA and TPP1 siRNA transfection. HESC were treated with estrogen or estrogen with MPA (E + MPA) for 12 days before measuring TPP1 RNA and siRNA knockdown efficiency confirmed by qPCR (d).
