Effects of CsA on H2O2-induced expression of p-p53, p53, Bax and Bcl-2 in JEG-3 cells. a JEG-3 cells were pretreated with 1 μM CsA for 24 h followed by treatment with 500 μM H2O2 for another 24 h. Total cell lysates were harvested for western blot analysis of p-p53, p53, Bax and Bcl-2 expression.
