Effect of PD-L1 knockdown on cell invasion in HTR-8/SVneo cells. Parental or HTR-8/SVneo cells transfected with negative control siRNA (NC) or siRNAs (siRNA1 siRNA2) targeting PD-L1 for 48 h were seeded in modified transwell chamber with Matrigel-coated membrane, and after another 24 h, invasive cells that moved through the Matrigel membrane were stained and counted under a microscope (× 100). a Showed the nuclei of the invasive cells. b Showed statistical analysis of the number of invasive cells.
