The expression of miR-200b was significantly increased in GCs of PCOS patients. The expression level was detected by qRT-PCR and normalized against U6. Statistical analysis was performed by Student’s t-test. Logistic regression was used to adjust age and BMI to avoid their potential effects on the expression of miR-200b. Data were shown as the mean ± SD. *P < 0.05
