Validation by RT-qPCR for selected genes from first-trimester placentas derived from IVF-ET compared with those derived from the control group. The mRNA levels of AFP, GCM1, LAIR2, PTEN, BCL2, TF, MT1M, EGFR, VEGF, and TUBB1 in the IVF-ET and control groups were examined by RT-qPCR.
