The genomic regions surrounding the target site were amplified and a 752-base-pair PCR product of the GGTA1 gene was obtained. c Genotyping of GGTA1-mutant cell lines by the T7EI assay. The GGTA1 gene of each cell colony was assayed and presented in the same order as the PCR results.
