Photomicrographs of immunohistochemistry analysis for VEGF, Ki-67, Caspase-3 and TUNEL in ovarian follicles according to treatment with rat adipose tissue derived stem cells transgenic for green fluorescent protein (rASC-GFP+) or vehicle, in topic or freshly grafted ovary. A red-brown coloring of the cytoplasm/nucleus of the cells was specified as positive staining. For the negative controls, the primary antibody was omitted in each different immunohistochemistry staining. Treatment with rASC-GFP+ enhanced VEGF expression in topic ovarian tissue.
