8-Br-cAMP treatment increases miR-132 expression and steroidogenesis in mGCs. a Primary mGCs were isolated from 21-day-old mouse ovaries. FSHR protein of mGC was detected by immunofluorescence staining (FSHR: green, DAPI: blue). Nonspecific staining was visualized using PBS to replace either the primary or secondary antibodies. b Immunohistochemical detection of mGCs (indicated by asterisks) in 21-day-old mouse ovaries.
