Differential degradation of rhZP2, rhZP3 and rhZP4 proteins by capacitated sperm. Agarose beads immobilized rhZP proteins were incubated in the absence or presence of capacitated sperm with and without protease inhibitors, and analyzed by Western blot with anti-HSPZ.
